Technician beginnings

These are our technicians that are learning how to use our new net books that have arrived here at Pt England school. First they started off with unpacking the net books and then they started to Image them . Being a Technician you have to be reliable and when something is wrong with the net books they are the students who fix them so that they can work properly.

If you look above you will see two technicians trying to image our net books known by the names of April and Nathaniel.  They are two of the year 7 students
.
As you can see here are some more students working on the same project.  "Working hard technicians. "

  1. My goodness Ngaina, you are amazing! I am so impressed with your reporting skills and your efficiency. I love it! This is the kind of thing that really excites me - seeing students use their initiative and being independent. One thing you could do though is tag your posts. Use keywords such as netbooks, PES technicians and hmmmmm what else?

  2. Hey,

I have just stumbled across this online and I can even see myself in a photo! Awesome reporting here Ngaina :) I thought our student technicians were amazing and they could have well paid jobs in a few short years with the skills they are learning. I was so impressed with how quickly they learned how to do something I found quite hard.

    You guys rock

  3. I agree with Ms Tito and Mrs Burt -very good reporting Ngaina. You were quick on the job that day, taking your photos and then quickly disappearing to get your report up. You can be very proud of your classmates who are part of the Technicians team. They were so professional. Isn't it great - when we have any trouble with our netbooks, our student technicians will be our very own help desk. I suppose this doesn't surprise you as you know you and your peers typically sort technical problems yourselves. Well I guess this just makes it official! : ) Keep up the good reporting Ngaina.
